I spoke to Mike today to see if there was a way i could animate the curtains on the
stage to open at the beginning of my title sequence. He said i firstly needed
to separate everything into different layers which is what i have done, above.
I then put them all together on the same document and imported them into
AE. The first part of the curtains opening will be easy as i can just use
key frames but the next part, making the curtains become ruffled together
will be slightly harder. Mike has said he will help me with this tomorrow.
I wanted all my kinetic type to appear in the space between the stage and
the curtains. I thought this was going to be extremely difficult but now everything is on separate
layers i can have the type come in from behind the curtains and therefore
will always be in the right space.
The lights are now also separated onto different layers so i can now animate
them to move as if they were on a real stage.
